I am an idealist who struggles to remain both grounded and optimistic.  I am trying for the umpteenth time to get back into yoga and am doing well so far.  I love living in Southwest Florida but worry that my home may not be around for the next generation- or perhaps even mine.  I try to live ecofriendly but it is not always easy.
